This is the latest venture by Worldwide Central Properties Inc., is slated to redefine sports development in Cebu. Located on M. Ceniza Street Extension, Casuntingan, Mandaue City, the facility is designed to provide athletes and fitness enthusiasts with a space to train, play, and connect.

It has two full-sized basketball and volleyball courts ideal for team games, corporate sportsfests, and training sessions. The price is 1000 pesos per hour (129 STEEM). It is surrounded with big fans for comfort and good air circulation. The lights are clear visibility and I think it meets the standard. It's basketball floor is made with synthetic materials that looks like a wood but not slippery and hazardous.It has also benches for players and spectators.
