It's Sunday (23 March 2025)7:00 p.m. I arrived from playing basketball. I heard an explosion and a screamed "sunog!, sunog!". There was a fire 15 meters away from my house. I opened my window and I saw flames and felt the heat. I was afraid and panicked. Immediately packed my clothes especially my uniform and important belongings. I brought down the wheel chair for my aunt who was paralyzed and looked for a safe place. Suddenly a black out and became dark and difficult.

Screams, cries, noises, and people were carrying their belongings. I carried three bags and with my 1 year old niece. The rest of the family members also brought their important belongings while my uncle stayed at home and waited for firemen. Fire truck arrived at 7:15. But the road is tight , difficult ,and crowded. The fire continued to spread to houses and it looks like it won't stop . Firefighters had difficulty stopping it. It was already 9:00 p.m. I felt pain and hopeless. My niece had sleep while I was carrying her. I was exhausted.

Until, around 10:00 p.m. the flames were under control and were fired out at 10:30 p.m.
That was a huge fire that burned approximately 200 houses . Fortunately, no injuries and deaths reported. Our house was not included in the fire but very near. I felt lucky and grateful. Salute to firemen for all their commitment and bravery.

I shared some of my clothing to the fire victims . I hope the government will support these fire victims. I prayed for their strength and patience to recover the disaster. Hopefully, they can rebuild their homes as soon as possible.

Good job migo for carrying your niece and your act of kindness, its awesome!, whereas this is a true Filipino traits.
Your pin is in place, just a friendly advice go, better if you provide other informative links of Paknaan Mandaue City or the google map links if you posted it in Steem Atlas.
And overall, nice job for being a fire volunteer...
