THE DIARY GAME: 9-23-2024| HAPPY NATIONAL FAMILY WEEK

Dear Diary,

On September 23,2024, all the public and private employees were advised to go home at 3 in the afternoon. This is to celebrate the National Family Week and today is an opportunity to go home early and have a dinner at home.

I told myself to grab this opportunity. It is a perfect timing when my GCASH app offerred a credit. Then I used it for our dinner. We went to a nearby fastfood store and pay the bill with our credit offer.

My eldest daughter is always excited in Jollibee. We order the food she likes, burger steak. My youngest daughter likes french fries.

We eat together in one table. My two babies sit down in baby's chair amd for the first time we calmly eat together. Usually we eat mess and disorganize because we have two toddlers but this time they felt relax. We eat for almost 30 minutes. Sam enjoyed her frenchfries while Ezra enjoyed her burger steak meal.

Just a day, or a 30-minute dinner means a lot to us. We spent more time to earn for a living but spend less for our family and loved ones. I hope that not only us, but many Filipinos were celebrating family day.
