Is good to always overlook obstacles at work places remembering where you come from as you said. Even though you are not at fault, once you have a quarrel and maybe disobey your director, you will be sacked not because you didn't do your best but because you failed the rules.

Hardwork pays so keep trying your beat, Jehovah will definitely help and sustain you.
