I couldn't control my greed and bought 250 grams and brought it to the office. I ate it with some of my colleagues. The benefits of black jam for the human body cannot be explained. Black jam keeps the heart healthy. Black jam contains sufficient potassium. If those with high blood pressure eat black jam, their high blood pressure will be reduced and this black jam also works against heart disease. It is especially beneficial for human arteries. Not only that, black jam keeps the gums and teeth very strong. I like this seasonal fruit a lot and it is very popular at home. I buy it when it falls in front of my eyes.

My luck didn't seem so good today, because on the way to the office, Him Sagar was selling mangoes in the van, mangoes are my daughter's second favorite fruit. The mangoes look very fresh today. The van owner is from our area, and during the mango season, there are always mangoes at my house, but today there are no mangoes at home. After the office break, I have to buy mangoes and take them home. Now I told the van driver, either leave three kilos of mangoes for me or leave them at a shop I know. I left for the office with the money for the mangoes. If I wanted, I could have brought the mangoes home. But I am very strict with office hours.

It's so hot today, the sun is scorching hot, I always carry an umbrella with me, because it can suddenly be very sunny and rainy, so I always keep a small one in my lunch bag. It was so hot today that I finally had no choice but to take it out of the bag. After coming to the office in this hot weather, my shirt is soaked with sweat. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the sweat to dry.

After going home, my beloved only daughter, my princess, made a request to me. After going home, she told me, "Dad, draw me a picture." My mood was not very good, my daughter was telling me what to do. After freshening up, I had a light breakfast and drew a picture for my daughter.
