I fell in love with steemit, the first time I joined the platform.
I was particularly surprised that there was social media platform that existed and it actually paid users for creating post or by interacting on the platform.
Would I say I fell in love with the platform before I joined the platform when we were in a bull market?
Because I hear most newbies complaining about the steemit platform and how it does not reach what they had expected.
Sometimes I do not blame the recruits but I blame the recruiters; he or she should be able to inform the one he is signing up that getting votes on the platform is not as easy as it look and he or she should not look at how the recruiter Is earning and think it will be easy earning on the platform.
Which is why I always make sure to inform my recruits that the votes on the platform are not assured.
There might be some communities that when you post there you would not get the support that you are looking for but in other communities you are able to get some little support.
As the promo.steem community does, they always make sure to give most of the posts on the platform some upvotes.
No matter how small it is, but I can confidently say that I have never seen a post payout with nothing since the community started with their voting trail.
Which is why most people consider the promo.steem community to be the best community on the platform.
Getting the motivation to post content on steemit is not particularly easy.
Coming up with ideas in the first place too is not as easy as it looks.
We always try motivating our recruits because we brought them into the platform and we know what they can get if they are serious with the platform.
I remember talking to a recruit so much yesterday, it took almost 2 hours just to get him to be motivated enough to make a post.
So what happens if after talking so much time to talk to him and he still refuses to post?
Particularly because he believe he would not get an upvote.
You would still have to be patient with him.
Sometime too you send your recruit some rewards just to motivate him to post.
Recently sent some steem to my new recruit just to motivate him
So let's all keep motivating our recruits to make posts and to also invite more people on the platform cause we are ever ready to help them grow.
