The Elements & Skills You Need to Build Steem: Effective Teamwork; Energy Input & Time
Greetings fellow Steemians and promoters! The Elements & Skills You Need to Build Steem can be said having great impacrt of your Steem promo and we cannot eliminate the following: Effective Teamwork; Energy Input & Time.
When I joined Steem in May 2018, things were very difficult for since by then I had not gotten the concept of Steem operation. Now I have gain a lot of experiences, even though I continue to learn a lot. Since one cannot limit himself to learn things that concern on Steem alone but all crypto related issues. That is why Crypto Academy courses has been initiated by Steemitblog to support Steemians to learn in advance and know more insight when it comes to trading and how crypto world operates.
I have learnt that most of Steemians in Steem Blockchain are workers, hence, offer Steem as their part time work. When you even consider most of Ghanaian Steemians, most of them are teachers, Nurses, Bankers, Agriculture personnel and other many fields of jobs that we can think off. With any available time we offer for Steem we make wonders. Since the Blockchain is build in such a way that when we connect with Peoples we multiple the Steem tokens.
I would therefore dwell my lessons on some important elements and skills we should considers are promoters of Steem. For of all, let's think about this;
1. Effective Teamwork:
To my own understanding, teamwork is a situation where by 2 or more people stay connected to bring valuable change in certain organisation. In an organization perspective, it is viewed as the pivot that bring good result. Relating this to Steem or any other blockchain, team building is very powerful initiative to support effective growth of the blockchain. Steem is structured in such a way that we must be connect with common goals, strategies to promote the Steem. Examples of teamwork is organising meetings, meetups, taking initiative about the possible means to bring value addition and investors to Steem. I think with the teamwork, Ghana is in the front line having very active Steemians always building their capacity of teamwork.
2. Energy Input
Energy Input is the amount of effort put into a particular work in order to get results. The greater the energy Input, the greater the energy put and the lesser the Energy Input, the smaller the energy output. This is seen to reflect in every work. So, we also have in Steem that, the much effort we input in Steem, the great result we get in Steem in terms of power building, Steem tokens, followers, feedbacks, connections and engagement. This means that those who play lackadaisical attitudes of building their Steem with laziness receive less. Despite the fact that I do here people who say Steem is rewards are sometimes luck, I do not agree with you 100%, but efforts also pays.
Energy Input might not only mean the use of physical Strength or ability; it also means the use of cognitive ideas. You will agree with me that the power house of Steem is how to build your self with must Proof of Brain(PoB). How to use the might to creat and effect the Blockchain. That's why someone may spend 3 years in Steem without reaching 2000SP, but someone may build his Steem power to reach 2000SP within a year. Someone use few days, weeks or month to get more followers and connections but someone may be in Steem for so many years and get fewer engagement. Through proof of brain, we market ourselves a lot. Your content may catch crowd even though you do not have enough power, this is base on how creative you have positioned yourself.
3. Time
Time we say cannot be bought, but one can make time for himself. In my initial message, I said most of Steemians here are workers who offer Steem as part time. But with their part of time being spent here, many are doing great job which cannot be underestimated. This tells us that those who take Steem seriously and give more time are compensated through Steem reward pool available. How many Steemians form the active posters in Steem if Steemit boards should give us the statistics? Comparatively, the active posters and the inactive which are being rewarded greatly? It's obvious that those who apportion greater time for Steem get much rewards and it's true reflection of their time they leverage here.
If you can make time for Steem, you can get much incentive of Steem tokens for your effort. We will all be rewarded base on our effort, but I think, those who give extra for Steem get extra Steem tokens, attention and more engagement. Get time for your Newbies, get time to write good post, get time to review others posts, get time to Upvote and give feedbacks, get time to comment and get to to do a lot of research to build your capacity and potentials as a Steemian. Learning is a process, and in as much as you learn, you get more experience and much knowledge added to what you already know.
Thanks for your attention!
You have said a lot and your points are valid.
Nice presentation
