Waterfalls of Success Come to Those Who Have a Plan of Success

The ego is the biggest killer of intelligence and wisdom, the problem is that we have a hard time understanding when we do things from the ego and when we do things from the heart. The ego is a normal thing and should be our friend, to serve our purpose and not to put us in the position of a loser. We first need to know what we were born for, to determine our specific strengths and our passion for a particular job that represents our life vocation. A plan on how to achieve our goals, a strategy that determines the steps we will improve as we build the path to the goal, are essential things. The plan is not what we want, it is not a thought we have in our head, it is precisely defined every step we need to do, everything we need to succeed in achieving the goal (money, team, time, idea, realization, etc.). Most people are not willing to take risks and go to the safety/comfort zone, which means that they find a job that they go to every day, there their tasks are assigned by someone else and at the end of each month, they receive a certain salary. Of course, you should not resign if you need money, but you can dedicate yourself to your ambitions in addition to work, the point is to reach your full potential, to develop your personality to the maximum because only as a successful person you set an example for others. Success is also being a good parent, a good husband, a good friend, success is not just about money, until you go your own way you will not satisfy your heart.

Many times we go on the path of our ambitions and visions, but it does not go as we expected, we wonder if we should give up in some difficult moments. The first thing when I do a project is that I do not plan to give up, I can change strategies on the way to achieving that goal, there will be difficult moments, but discipline keeps me on the right course.
I don't do many things at the level I would like to, so there is a good motive to progress even more, faster and to find new ways to succeed. It is a process that goes through every time we go to the next level of development, we raise the level of ability, awareness and knowledge that we need for further growth.
