Hi, the person who created community should do his best to keep it up because it is his "baby", even if he has no Steem for prizes but the person can come along with comments. If the admin has no interest community will not live long.
Yes, that is what I mean. Commenting, supporting, promoting can be done even if you have no SP/Steem and what I don't understand is why that doesn't happen but also why the idiot who pays is treated badly.

That's the point but at this moment or then, the admin is just confused, he still needs more time to build himself in steemit, he hardly engage on other steemians posts and that's something he's supposed to do now instead of creating a community.
