ᔕᑕᗷ SteemitKorea - Fanbase

After a discussion with @gertu about automatic upvotes, I decided to set it up today.
I tried using botto.steem and Fanbase (which you can find pinned in the community Italy), but it didn’t work because WhaleVault refuses to authorize. The only remaining option is SteemitKorea, which isn’t much different from what other programs offer.
I started with 45 accounts because they deserve it and:
- No one else upvotes them—no search for hidden gems or interest in real artists if it comes to Steem curators.
- Good content deserves support. No matter if we talk or are friends.
- I don’t always have time to manually vote for everyone who deserves it, although I’ll keep doing both (automatic and manual voting) head-to-head.
I asked AI whether voting will ever be fair, and surprisingly, the bot is more optimistic than I am. AI sees voting as a game where the "best" posts automatically wins. But what defines best? The voter? Steemit Blog? The SCs (Steem Curators)? The witnesses who spam? Or those who never read a single sentence?
Are trendy posts really the best? Many are upvoted by bots. What makes them be labelled as good is it the (often bought) rewards? It’s disheartening how far we’ve fallen, no longer prioritizing reading or improving writing skills.
AI said:
"What if voting could be easy and fair—like a game where the best posts win automatically? Imagine a head-to-head system: Steemit shows two posts, and you pick your favorite (like pizza vs. burgers). The winner moves up; the loser gets another chance later.
Even better, your account could auto-vote based on your favorite tags (#gaming, #art, etc.). You’d still check in occasionally, but great content would always rise—no more missed gems!"
Some parts of AI’s answer aren’t bad like voting for posts with specific hashtags (a feature missing in botto.steem and SteemitKorea). However, this would only work if:
- I know the artist and his work, and
- There’s no hashtag abuse (which, along with poor content quality and disinterest, is one of this platform’s biggest problems).
The answer is “no”. People actually go for post they know they always find interesting. For instance, when I searched your name just now and I saw a different pic, I had to be sure I’ve not gone to someone else’s blog.
Imagine, if it was someone else’s blog I visited, I wouldn’t have even bothered to check if he/she was a good writer to give them the required upvotes , I would skip it and continue looking for u because I’m attached to your post.
This is where “comment” play a major role to make you visible in this space.
I love the fact that you go out of your way to encourage people to comment all the time.
My posts are NOT a work of art, in fact I have read and commented on others that could be, to be honest I prefer commenting to making posts, I like reading posts and commenting, a bot simply does its job, it places the vote even if the one chosen by the user only puts a photo and doesn't say much or anything hahaha.
I think that a vote is an incentive to our work, which is why sometimes I feel a bit bored, I should earn much, much more hahaha
Good work. I hope I get the upvotes.
Wah..... kalau begitu saya juga mau....... tapi hari ini merupakan hari tersibuk saya selama bulan Ramadhan ini, dari pagi sampai sekarang saya masih sangat lelah sekali.
#wewrite #comment
Rest first and at the end of the week or next week we see what we can do friend. It is good what can be done to make life a bit easier and help others we believe they deserve it.
I send you a warm embrace,
Blessings for you and your family and enjoy Eid
Baiklah temanku sepertinya saya memang sangat lelah dan butuh istirahat, mempersiapkan untuk menyambut lebaran bukan perkara yang mudah tapi kami akan menikmati dengan sangat gembira
You are one of them but it takes time for my SP to be 100 before it starts or at leaat that's my guess and right now I manually upvote all valid entries of #miner-wewrite which is in it's last days.
A great weekend @darthnava!
