A great answer and it makes a lot clear although I don't see low level or "everyone"being a curator. These are mainly the same people joining and a part of them is not very active as a moderator, rarely upvotes and engages. The system baffles me but it's true, out of the blue more and more turn out to have a collection of dolphins (interesting is many old Steemians don't not even after years of writing) although a part of them pretends they are still poor.
