No need to be a teammate.

Well, I think it is important to mention that we all need each other. If we take a farm for example. It is a necessity to work as a team. I understand that technology nowadays is limiting that need more than what it used to be before.

But, I get that this statement is true in our current times. Not in matter of working together. However, it is in terms of that everywhere we go, we are being assessed individually. Being good individually is now more important than working in teams as we are all lacking some skills of working together.
