Yes, he is one of the many people I invited and spoke to about Steem. I noticed he received great support as a newcomer, but unfortunately, he hasn’t posted again. He also made his videos private. I still hope he becomes active and contributes more to the Steem community. Hopefully, one day we'll see a strong Arabic community here.
But this raises an important question: if someone receives strong support and still doesn’t continue posting, what about those who receive little or no support? How can we expect them to stay motivated and continue using Steem?
I hope the new strategy from the Steemit team, with its focus on newcomers, will help improve this situation.
I never received support and with me many didn't. My account is way olde4 than yours and look where I stand.
What counts for me counts for many and most likely the only motivated people, loyal and stubborn are those who find their way on their own and are willing to read and engage.
I don't believe big support is what will make people stay. They will all cash out and leave.
it's more about encouragement and motivation for newcomers, like the kind of support the new community account will offer to help them.
With the Steemit team's new strategy, they're now facing challenges with fake accounts and fake newcomers. So, are you thinking that supporting newcomers is not a good idea , that they will all just cash out and leave?
I wish you all the best!
If you want people to feel home will you give them 20 dollars or show them around in yiur house and the place you live?
You pay for posting what exactly? For not replying, not commenting? Writing something no one cares about or does understand?
This is the wrong way of support if you do it because your friend shows up or in the hope it stimulates to post more useless trash.
Steemit is PoB and socialising but what you keep promoting is: post no matter what and you get paid very well, no need to interact all you need it to know the right guy! That's the message given. There's no guidance at all.
Are you still talking about the new Tunisian newcomer, or are you speaking in general? You suggested not supporting the newcomer with your vote, but I saw that you voted for some of the newcomers. I don't understand, could you please explain?
Wow. When I promote something like, "Just post no matter what and you’ll get paid very well – no need to interact, you just need to know the right person!" — please understand that I expect explanations and evidence when you say things like that. Don’t just make a claim without backing it up. I’ve noticed you often do this, and it’s not a good habit.
