Public Service (Freewrite Challenge)

In 2004, some politicians tried to use him for their election campaigns. Being fed up of the politics which he witnessed since early 20th century, he declined them. He never wanted to be part of the dirty politics, and he prefers public service which he does out of the shadows of politics.

Despite staying away from politics, he is well aware of what's happening in the country. He started to write his own book, something autobiographical. It started with his early life, the simple life he had with his parents before the World War 1.

The book was released, and it was well-received. Even before it was released, he started writing a new one about his life, dreams, and experiences during the period of World War 1, the Spanish Flu, and the start of a new beginning.
