RE: Steemit Blog Formatter: Format Your Posts Like a Pro

Is the extension open source?

It looks good and I would give the extension a try. But I'm careful with extensions.
If it really saves me time, I'd be delighted. One reason why I write so few posts is that it always takes me a long time...

Sort:

Yeah, I understand you, but it's not open source. There's no login or authentication to worry about, and I'm not using remote code.

Remote code refers to any JavaScript or WebAssembly that is not included in the extension's package. This includes references to external files in "<'script'>" tags, modules pointing to external files, and strings evaluated through eval().

You can verify whether any "<'script'>" tags are added when you uninstall the extension. The Google team reviews extensions before publishing them to ensure security and compliance. If I were using something external, I would need to justify it.

But it's okay , I can send you the dist folder. (The dist folder contains the extension in a readable, non-minified format. It's simply the process of converting the React TypeScript code into vanilla JavaScript.)

Also, I didn't mention it works in comments.

You give access to it so it, there's no login/password so this means it is open source or?

Open source is when the author allows everyone to mess with the code. Haha.

I saw something pop up... aaah you mean like retrogames' Space Invasion?

I don't think Space Invasion is op3n source.

Never read the review kafio wrote?

Which counts for everyone also those forced to write at least 4 posts per week to prove their acvount is active.
It doesn't run on my phone.

I wonder why you do't use templates aren't they meant to avoid typing codes (or copy-paste them).

@aneukpineung78 for sure you can try this out unlike me? You have plenty of pies.

🍀♥️

yes, thank you.

did you kick in some pies?
