Recent-Posts: a workaround for Steemit delay problem

Hello, this is @joviansummer(witness: @jswit). I revised Recent-Post webpage with user-specified time span. You can specify time span from 1 hour to 24 hours. Default value is 2 hours:

https://steemit.vercel.app/recent_posts

Also, you can specify time span directly in URL. For example, if you want to check @joviansummer's posts/replies within 10 hours, click the link below:

https://steemit.vercel.app/recent_posts/@joviansummer/10

If you don't specify time span like the following link, default vaule(2 hours will be used).

https://steemit.vercel.app/recent_posts/@joviansummer
