Hello everyone, good morning to you all and welcome back to my blog.

Reverse Crunch
  • To perform this, I laid on the ground with my back and legs straight in front of me and my toes pointing to upwards

  • I relaxed my neck and Shoulder and let my arms lie by myside with my Palm facing downwards.

  • I then bent my knees to form an angle 90°c while I lift my legs from the Floor ensuring that my two legs were together.

  • I then moved my bended legs forward to my Chest and slowly curled my hips off the ground and then slowly returned to my original position without letting my hips down and without letting my feet touch the ground.

Set Up Crunch

To perform this, i laid on my back with my face facing upward.

  • Then I bent my knee in such a way that my feet was flat on the floor.

  • I ensured that my upper body was flat on the floor and I then crossed my hands over my head and then tighten my Abdomen and then begin to pull my Upper body towards my knee while ensuring that my feet was firm on the ground without moving it.

Which of these programs is the most difficult for you and what exactly makes it difficult. How did you overcome the difficulty.

The Exercise that was most difficult for me was the Reverse Crunch. My back still hurts from doing it and I know it's because this was my first time of doing it and I know my body will soon get use to it. At first, it was difficult for me to bend my knees to form an Angle 90°C, but after watching the Video so many times I could do it.

What is your overall feelings at the end of these programs?

Honestly I felt tired after doing the Exercises but I know that my body will soon get use to the exercise. I love the fact that that this program is helping me keep fit.

Thanks for reading through my post, I invite @chilaw, @ukpono and @vudeme
