SEC-s20w3: Fitness Training 👉 quest for stronger legs

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a very strong and vibrant actor that I admire in old age. I see the workout he does, and I am like, if I adopted this format, though not to that extreme, I would have a healthy youthful and old age.

CARDIO EXERCISE

I decided to try this even when I knew my heart would increase so rapidly.

First, I started with a light warm-up of jogging. I jogged steadily in a particular position as if I were on a treadmill.

The warm-up was about 5-10 minutes, and my heartbeat had already increased because I later intensified the interval, making my legs move faster than normal. Last but not least, I became a bit slower with the steps and then steady. I had to stop and relax for 10 minutes.

MY FEELINGS
  • I noticed my body temperature had increased; I was sweating at the same time, and my heart was constantly in the race.

ABDOMINAL PROGRAMS

I went for an abdominal squat that was attached to a weight (a cylindrical weight) to make me more balanced on the floor with a steady positioning of the head to increase neck, leg, and spine contraction.

How it began

First, I stood upright with my face looking forward and my feet flat on the floor. My load was before me, but this time it wasn't involved. I went down as if I were squatting, slowly going down and to a certain position above the knee region. In the second stage, I went down to the extent of the buttock being equivalent to the knee region.

At this point, I knew how I felt, but I maintained this position for about 3 minutes, and then I went lower to a position measuring my body parts. I would say it was above my ankle, about 18 cm above. Then I sat on the floor at once. It was my first time, so it wasn't easy.

Utilising the load

Remember I said my load was in front of me?

After about 10 minutes of relaxing, I stood upright for the second time and then took up the load with both hands. At this time I was already bending down low. I took it and placed it across my shoulder region while still holding it. I tried to swat slowly, but this time I didn't go so low to the knee region unless I would fall with no rescue since I was my coach.

I raised myself a bit, went back low, made 8-10 repetitions, and then stopped.

MY FEELINGS
  • At this point, I don't know if I could continue anymore.

  • I asked for a bottle of water, which I took in.

  • I felt so much pressure on the muscle in my lap region that my spine felt stretched at this point, and I decided to lie flat on the floor after this.

LEG EXERCISE

1000146656.jpg

This exercise seems a bit easy, but by continuous repetition, you will know how effective it has become. I will tell you my feelings later.

I had my short stool with me, so I stepped on it, adjusted my leg back, and placed the first leg at the edge, then the second. While balancing on both legs at the edge of the stool, I raised my leg, suspended it, then brought it down, and then I continued to about the fifth repetition, then I lost balance, and then I moved my leg inside the stool and continued to about 10 repetitions.

MY FEELINGS
1000146618.jpg1000146606.jpg1000146604.jpg

My feeling at this point was that I felt a contraction in my calf region; I heard my knee crack; the crack continued till I didn't hear it again. Do you know about the quadriceps, the front thigh muscle? When raising my leg, I felt a contraction on these muscles; another thing I noticed was a contraction on the glutes (buttocks muscles); on lowering the leg, they all relaxed; my ankle became a bit flexible too.

MY QUESTIONS
1000146648.jpg1000146644.jpg
  • I am sure exercise is good for all. What manner of exercise is good for pregnant women and sick people (especially those that had accidents that led to bone fractures) and were treated?
  • Can exercises make someone sick?
