Hello friends,

I can't believe I'm part of the fitness community; it's incredible! They say you can't know how good something is until you try it, and I've definitely tried it.

After feeling motivated, I decided to give punches and arm circles a shot. At first, I thought it would be easy, but wow, it was tough! I almost fell over. I'll keep the details for later as I share my full experience.

The Arm Circle

In this phase, you stand with your feet a bit apart for balance, stretch your arms out to the sides, and move them in circles, both clockwise and counterclockwise. I plan to do 40 circles in one direction and then 40 in the other. After a ten-second break, I’ll repeat it.

Shadow Boxing

Now, let’s talk about shadow boxing. This means throwing punches in the air like you’re in a boxing match. You throw punches in three directions: forward, to the side, and upward.

To do this, I’ll stand with my feet slightly apart, clench my fists in a defensive stance, and start throwing punches forward. I have to say, this exercise feels a lot easier than the arm circles!

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

It was an incredible experience, but I almost lost it. I found it hard to finish because it was really pushing me.

My arms felt heavier than usual, and I questioned if it was just the arm movements making it that way. I didn't expect it to be so tough at times. I held my arms like they might drop off. It was quite funny.

When doing the Shadow punches, I felt nothing and it was simpler than the arm circles. I did notice a little pain around my shoulder, but it was nothing compared to the arm circles.

Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?

Sometimes, when we do exercises like this, we might not realize their effects on our bodies. I felt that shadow boxing and arm circles were beneficial for me.

If they help me, why not share them? I’ll suggest others give it a try. I really enjoyed it.
