Learning challenge s23w4: "I Love My Body, Plank shoulder tap and Burpee"

Hello fellow steemian, friends and folk,
This is a quite tough and difficult challenge but I tried my best to do so and overcome this challenge as a student. It would be a plus factor for my body if I'll execute it promptly, as said and according to the video;
Before executing this challenge, I think I must undergo and execute a warm-up first, before proceeding the given task, so that my muscles won't not get hurt afterwards.
Honestly, doing an exercise is not an easy thing, actually self discipline takes it all the responsibility.
Which this is an ability to make yourself do things you don't ever do but you should do even when you do not want to do.
• So, the first task challenge,
• Plank shoulder and tap
Plank shoulder and tap in 30 times of counting, then repeat it in three times.
Hahaha, this is a bit hard...

And the second task for the challenge was the,
• Burpee
This is an exercise in which you quickly move from standing to a squat position, with hands on the floor and legs bent under you, then jump back with your legs so they are straight behind you, then return to a squat, then stand-up again, counting to eight and rewind, huh, well said!
Quite easy to tell but very difficult to perform...

Which of these programs is the most difficult for you and what exactly makes it difficult. How did you overcome the difficulty?
What is your overall feelings at the end of these programs?

I'd think I'll carry the weight of the world after performing the task, hahaha!
I admit I encounter a difficulty both of the two task, but at the end it feels my body more comfortable at ease and relaxing. Of course it makes me sweat, but it was a big thing. Although a bit tired but it is fun, enjoy and exciting.
And I want my body to be energized everyday inorder to handle my daily task. I want to be more physically active, which I'd really want to have my body always make sweats because exercising my body is a big factor through a healthy lifestyle. And then perform an exercise weekly which can really makes my body energetic, active, and for the constant flows of the bloodstream that circulates into my vein.
Infact, thank you for making this contest, which it makes my body fit and more energized.
