Hello everyone, already we are in week2 of engagement challenge season 23, I so much love this particular exercise because is what I need on my daily life, so friends before I continue I will love to invite my friends to join us @dove, @eliany @ruthjoe

what is Shadow punching

Shadow punching or boxing is one of the popular training technique that is usually used by boxers and fitness at all times, this is to help improve their skills, technique, and overall performance without the need of a partner or equipment. This type of training is that you need to fight without an opponent but all you had to do is to use your imagination that is thinking that you are been attacked by someone then you have to defend yourself by punching back.

On this tasks our main target is one three punching which are, front punching, side punching and upward punching. Each of f this area has its own set of punches and body movements that help improve coordination, , speed, strength and endurance.

By the time you keep on practicing this exercise, you will be able to learn some skills that will help you defend yourself at any time.

Just in case you are been attacked without your notice at that spot you will know the next level to take, so this punching really helps a lot.

  • it's also Increased the speed and it also help to improve overall hand speed and agility.

  • Shadow punching helps one to practice some fighting strategy.

  • it also save as a defensive skills for example slipping, bobbing, and blocking.

In this tasks I was able to record my assignment we were ask to punch 40 punches each.

what is arm circles exercise

This is an exercise that it's main purpose is to warm up the shoulder joints and engaging the upper body muscles. It is a warm up exercise that is commonly used when ever you want to exercise.
This exercise might look simple but it is very effective to the arm when you put in energy
Applying energy will help you have that flexibility.

In Task 2 I was able to roll my hands as required by the coach.

what are the benefits of engaging on shadow punching and arm circles

The benefits of engaging in shadow punching and arm circles is something that worth the stress. These two exercises promote muscle endurance and cardiovascular health while combining the bodyweight movements which no equipment was used, it makes it simple for everyone to attempt.

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

My personal feelings many be different from others , in my feelings I will say after the exercise the strength that comes in was something else to the extent I was able to do things that I thought was very difficult for me to do, even me myself I couldn't tell where the strength was coming from. As for the pains, at some point my arm was in pains but I had to withstand the pain s and finish up my tasks and uptill now I still feel the pains then I now know that I have to continue doing until I get use to it, and right now I have decided to do it even on my own until I master it.

I can remember before I can't turn my hand and zip my back dress but now I can easily turn my hand without and stress.

Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?

Yes very well the two exercises are very good for me and my health, is one exercise that we need to do even at our own space, I recommend it to everyone to try doing this exercise and even school should include it on their daily exercise routine because the children will need it too.
