Hello fitness enthusiast and the Novice, it's a great week to resume the new season 23 of our fitness learning challenge. We love to exercise because we prioritize, love and care for our physical and mental health, we want to stay-fit, agile and flexible.
This lead us to considering the cardiovascular exercise as the compound exercise for improving our heart health which helps in circulation and reduction of the heart disease.
When we discuss about cardio/aerobics exercises, we mean those exercises that trigger the cardio, these exercises which two had already been mentioned in the learning course, I mean running in place and aerobics dance exercise. Incorporating these exercises improves our level of endurance which in return sustain our heart rate for a longer time without heavily gasping for breath or feeling tired unnecessarily.
Cardio exercises are really important to us because it has several positive advantage in our system. Apart from improving heart health, cardio exercises has numerous benefits for the human system, these benefits includes:
- Burning calories and reduce fatigue.
- Strengthen the immune system.
- It increases energy level.
- Improve sleep.
With these few important of cardio exercises, we can all agree that cardio exercises should be part of our top priority exercise. Most time, cardio exercises are usually very fun to incorporate especially during the aerobics dance, the music increase endurance and eliminate tiredness.
This week focus is on two cardio exercises which I've successfully executed, running in place and aerobics dance. The two exercises are represented below.

Running in place is a type of program that requires a stationary position; you tend to run but in the same place, the difference here is that you remain in your actual position while running.
Aerobic dance is the interesting part of the cardio exercise; you dance while executing the aerobics moves, all that requires is a music that encourage the process.
Below is the breakdown of the cardio exercises that I partake in this week course, the minutes and rest period is also included. The next is my video presentation to expose my action.

Yes it build more endurance. The first day I executed the program, I was easing exhausted due to irregular form, I experienced a bit chest pains during the aerobics dance so I couldn't record the video. The second day was different because the instant exhausting feeling and the pain was gone.
I noticed how effective I carried out the running in place and the aerobics dance, I would've done more but I had to stick to the course requirement. That's to say my endurance has been greater improve than the first day.
It impacts my mental health positively, I'm more flexible and mobile than before I carried out the two program. I slept for more than five hours today during the afternoon session, I can't recall the last year I experienced such long sleeping period, so I can say it has a positive impact.
In conclusion, it cost discipline and hard-work to achieve greatness, we might not realize the impact of the programs we incorporate in a hurry but the results will surely come. Thank you @ngoenyi and @genomil for this week course, eagerly preparing for next week course.
