Learning Challenge s23w4: "I love my body / shoulder touch in plank and burpee"

It is almost 4 week we are doing these challenging exercises. Thanks to our coaches @genomil and @ngoenyi. I know you all love taking care of your bodies and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work and make exercise daily.This week has been busy for me and I have fallen behind. Many of you have already participated and done a great job.
This week we have two exercises to complete. Despite my wrist injury from a football match I willdo my best to accomplish the tasks effectively. With two football matches and an injury this week has been tough. The tasks seem challenging especially the shoulder touch exercise. I will share my experience with you after completing both exercises.
This will be my first time attempting burpees although I have done push-ups before. To minimize mistakes I will watch the coach's video thoroughly as I lost points in the previous task due to errors. I am determined to reduce my mistakes in this challenge.

Shoulder Touch Exercise Steps:
First Round
You will complete 30 reps. 15 reps on one hand and 15 reps on the other hand.
Rest
After that you will stand and rest for 10 seconds.
Second Round
Then you will repeat the process and count to 30. You will use both hands.
Rest
Again you will rest for 10 seconds.
Third Round
Then you will start the process again and count to 30. This time on one shoulder.
Total Reps
Total touches will be 45 on one shoulder and 45 on the other shoulder. So it would be a total of 90 touches when you combine the two shoulders.

Burpee involve squat , pushup and in last jump. Sound easy but it is not a easy job to do. I am not scaring you. Just want to telling you. Do exercise and warm up before starting this challenge.
The best thing to do every exercise watch the coach video thoroughly so you don't get yourself injured or something else.
Burpee Exercise Steps.
- Stand open your both arm width apart along with your legs.
- Place your hand on the ground and push your both legs back into a squat position.
- Lower your body and perform one push-up.
- Push your legs forward to return to the squat position.
- Jump up as high as you can.

To be honest I performed burpee exercise twice. Once my son stopped the video in the middle. So I had to perform it again with my injured hand.
Burpee exercise made me tired. In this exercise my whole body was used. Specially pushing ourselves towards upwards was the difficult part of it.
When I talk about the shoulder touch I feel more pressure on my abdominal. I feel maximum pressure on my abdominal.
I tried to focus on my breathing which plays an important role in these exercises. I did some warm-up and the bloopers gave me exercise warm-up. Haha.
I changed the cameraman. I brought my younger son to film me. Apologies for taking a few seconds extra rest if I took because my son doesn't know how to count and when to tell me that the time is over.
Also I was exhausted a little bit but I tried to manage myself and compete.
One interesting thing in this cold weather I was sweating.This means the exercise brought to us by our coaches has something special.
Focus on your breathing.Do some extra steps before starting the real video.I did the same.
I just tried these exercises today.As I told you this week was my busy week. On the last day I am performing it. Hopefully you guys have liked it.
My Experience with the Fitness Program
I really like this program. I am not saying this because I participated in it but because of its challenging nature. These exercises are very challenging and result-oriented.
If you want to get fit or lose weight I would recommend it for everyone. The exercises are designed to push you to your limits.
This Week's Challenge
The shoulder touch exercise will give you the strength to endure difficult situations. It will strengthen your shoulder arm abs and leg muscles.
My Current State
I am feeling complete and full of energy. I want to do more. I am desperately waiting for next week's challenge.
Advice to Others
If you guys haven't participated in any week I would advise you to participate and check your ability and strength. Just overcome the worries you are carrying on your shoulders. That is what I achieved.
