Hello steemians! It's me @fazal-qadir, from Pakistan. Another exciting week , another hard exercise. It is hard for those who hardly use there body in activities. Whenever ,i went to gym the hardest part was shoulder exercise. So when we try punches or arm rotation your shoulder will feel pain. And your arm will not let you complete the required task . This exercise is not difficult for me,but for those who is doing it for the first time will feel difficult to complete the 40 times.

I salute to the professor @ngoenyi because she makes it challenging for us to complete it. This exercise will definitely help us to strong our shoulders, arms, back muscles, heart muscle.
As we know road crimes is also the case we can protect us if we were physically strong. So this exercise also make us strong.

My advice

Before starting the exercise it's is good to do some stretching exercises to prevent injuries and prepare your body and muscles. When you are done with the exercise do some relaxing stretching exercises too, it will keep your body recover and reduce muscles strain.

How I do the shadow punching exercise
Round 1
  • Stand still and start with front punches using both arms with full energy and power in the air.
  • Next alternate left and right punches counting to 40 in total.
  • Then punch upwards with both arms using full energy and power.
  • Remember to punch in the air but imagine you're punching an opponent.
Rest and Repeat
  • Rest for 10 seconds.
  • Repeat the same process.
Round 2
  • Start with front punches using both hands counting to 40.
  • Then alternate left and right punches with pace and power counting to 40 again.
  • Finally punch upwards with both hands counting to 40.
Cool Down
  • Rest as long as you want after completing the exercise.

How to do arm circle_clockwise & anti-clockwise

This exercise is very challenging. But I will share a trick for it. Do it in very slow speed. The reason of slow speed is that your shoulder and arms will not get tired. And you will be in position to complete the count of 40.

How to do it
Round 1
  • Firstly, stand still open your arms horizontal position.
  • Start rotating in clockwise direction in slow and steady speed.
  • Count to 40.
  • Without resting now rotate the arms in anti-clockwise direction and complete it for 40 circles.
Round 2
  • Now rest for 10 seconds.
  • In round 2, start the rotation of arms in clockwise direction.
  • Count the circles when reach to 40 stop.
  • Change the direction of rotation.
  • Do it anti-clockwise.
  • Count to 40.
At the End
  • When have completed the process,Stop.
  • Drink some water afterwards.
Follow these steps

Q 1. At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

At the end of the program I felt like heart beating fast, sugar level was down, full of oxygen in the body. Sweating in cold weather. I think this type of exercises give us strength to fight and reach to the final task. So it boost our energy as well as rise our confident. It relax my muscles and warmth my whole body.

I felt pain in my shoulder, arms, bicep and triceps. I felt like discomfort in my back of shoulder.

My advice as I mentioned before, always do stretching exercises before and after this. Stay hydrated, always listen to your body and accomplished your desired task.

Q 2. Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?

Benefits of Shadow Boxing and Arm Circles

I would say shadow boxing will make me strong, and arm circles boost my strength. Every exercise has its own benefits.

Challenges of the Exercises

I found these two exercises to be very challenging for me. They are hardcore exercises that may look easy but are not. The reason I find them difficult is that we don't typically use our shoulders or strong hands in our daily lives. These exercises focus on these specific parts, which is why they get tired easily.

Recommendation

I would recommend these exercises to everyone, especially to my overweight colleagues. These exercises will 100% help them improve their strength.

I want to invite these user to do these exercises and participate in this contest.

Best Regards,
@fazal-qadir
