For truth to be told Arm circles exercise might look so easy, that we might think it not a big deal. Lets us all know that this exercise not really what we see,but until we perform it. The exercise is great for some part of our body like chest, shoulders, and arms. Here’s a simple method on how to do it:

  1. We should Stand while our feet and toes facing forward.
  2. Stretch your arms out to the sides, keeping them at shoulder height with the palms facing down.
  3. Then turn the shoulder by Making small circles with the hands in one direction for the number of reps you choose. But for this lesson the number of rep must be 40rep.
  4. Change the directions and repeat the same movement.

If we see a person standing on a road and then began Punching on the air ,we can proudly suggest that the person might have some brain mixup 😄.But here in this lesson Shadow boxing is all about throwing some hard and focus punches into the air, just like a real boxer without an opponent. This high-energy exercise properly focuses on the arms, shoulders, and chest, boosting our endurance, power , energy and burning some calories of the body. Also Here’s how to do it:

  1. Stand straight with a little cap in-between the feet and the knees slightly bent.
  2. Fold you palms your and hold them up in a fighting position.
  3. Start throwing some light punches in the air, mixing up the types of punches (front, side, and uppercuts).
  4. Stay focused and in one spot, don't move keep focusing on your opponent which is the air and keeps throwing the punches. 👊

Muscles Strengthened by These Exercises

Shadow boxing and arm circles can really build up the chest, shoulders, back, and arms. Shadow boxing, in particular, really helps in enhancing the stamina, power, energy and endurance.

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

Ouch,my back,my shoulder,my chest,I felt like everything was pulling out. Honestly, the arm circles were particularly challenging, and I felt the most strain in my arms and shoulders. But I made all my power and build my strength to pushed through and finished the routine. The much sweat I saw on my body was really proof to me from my hard work of the routine, and it made me feel very accomplished. For the Shadow Punching if someone was passing by and sighted me ,he or she might have think that there's something wrong with me. Because I was punching the air like there's someone there fighting me ,and my face looks like I'm really fighting an opponent, it was really hard to make it to that end but at least I tried to the end ,with my shoulders already in a point of pulling off.

Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?

However the answer to this question is Absolutely,Yes! It good for me and I'll recommend it for others. This exercise is really good from my experience,at first when I began the both exercises,I heard some sounds on my shoulders, like krack, krock, kpob, but when I finished each round the sound gone which simply shows that my arm and shoulders are more flexible than before. So bringing in this shadow boxing and arm circles into our daily routine is a great way to maintain our chest ,arm ,back and shoulders health, which can contribute for our healthy lifestyle. I used to have a slight pain on my right chest in between my right shoulder, but these exercises have significantly alleviated the discomfort I had before. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with shoulder pain.

That's comes to and end!. I'm really happy and proud to submit my homework task as required thoe it wasn't easy as I taught. I can’t just wait for the next class coming up next week. Thank you @genomil and @ngoenyi for keeping us motivated and active with this engaging exercises.

I place my invite to:- @jewel005 @josepha, and @mhizta to join this challenge.
