Am thrilled to engage in the first week of season 23 of love your body class where by everyone is entitled to carry out cardiovascular exercise often know as aerobic dance. I sincerely appreciate this class because I hardly do exercise on my own. Trying this one helped me see that, I really need to work on my self. During the process, I enjoyed dance, it was energetic and healthy.

About Cardiovascular exercises

According to our lesson instructor, cardiovascular exercises plays a crucial role in strengthening our hearts, enabling them to absorb energy more efficiently and endure for longer periods.

Unfortunately, I was a victim of fatigue, I was struggling with simple task at home, especially morning home chores. Actually, I gave birth last two month and as such I entered fattening room where by everyone in the family assisted me. I feel relaxed taking care of my newborn baby after some weeks, I felt so tired and exhausted when carrying out simple task. After intensive examination of this course, I realised the fatigue issue can be caused by lack of cardiovascular exercise.

Why it is important

Cardiovascular exercise is not complex exercise instead they are simple and straightforward exercise carries by human which helps to promote healthy heart. So regular cardiovascular exercise helps in reduction of different health disease.

From this course, I have realised that cardiovascular exercise helps in Weight loss and maintenance, this helps in controlling the risk of diabetes and others diseases.

Regular aerobic exercise helps in boosting our energy levels and reduces fatigue, strengthens our heart, reducing the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke and promotes excellent sleep.

Programs that target the cardio.

From the video demonstrates by our mentor and her group, I noticed that we have various exercises that target cardiovascular health, but here our lesson post highlighted two specific activities: Running in place and Aerobic exercise.
As such I have completed these exercises and recorded a demonstration video please dance with me.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain

At the beginning of the exercise, I felt energetic but at some point I was exhausted but I decided to push through the exercise, not only for my cardiovascular health but also helps in boosting my endurance.

On the process, I breathed heavily and my heart rate was increasing. Even with the experience, I proceeded and I enjoyed the exercises till the slowdown moment.

The aerobic dance is what I enjoyed most because it required changing of the dance styles plus lifting of the upper and lower extremity. I noticed that I felt more energetic without been exhausted. I would've love to do more but I had to stick to the course requirement and continued at my leisure. This simply means that my endurance has been improved than the first day.

How did this programs impact your mental health?

To be very sincere, for the past three days of carrying out this exercise, I realised that my fatigue has greatly reduced . Aerobic exercise is a powerful tool in supporting our mental health and well-being.

During the exercise, I sweat profusely, heart rate increased, the whole body felt energetic and strong. The exercise really improve mental health after freshening up. I had straight 1 hours 30 minutes rest while my two month old daughter slept for 2 hour plus, I was delighted that the exercise is also beneficial to her as well.

I can't wait to join next week class but currently, I will be doing the cardiovascular exercise for the remaining days of this week.

Hola, amiga. Me encanta verte en este curso. Atender a un bebé requiere de mucha energía, así sea recién nacido, los horarios de descanso cambian y estamos siempre muy alertas.

Veo que tu carrera fue bastante enérgica, quiero participar pero procuraré ir ajustando mi ritmo en la carrera. Por otra parte, el baile es de mis ejercicios aeróbicos favoritos y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Ciertamente, con la actividad física nos sentimos más enérgicos y nuestro cuerpo va respondiendo positivamente.
