Nice catch! I still gave him a chance recently, but it's probably the last one really. He should use his talents to build up his account in an honest and constructive way.
He's been chasing clout and has been using the fake account @googlecareers to publish crab 🦀 irritative posts in the Steem POD community to farm rewards. Now, he has been pestering me to verify his account in the Newcomers community and even asking for a delegation of some SP.
He needs to be put in his place until he learns the ethics of the platform.
