This post is only important to the moderators of this community. That is, the writings of this post are more important for all moderators of this community than for general users.
1st here I want to say something off topic. That is, those who are currently moderators of this community, you are doing a very good job to stop unnecessary posts in the community. It definitely deserves appreciation.
As you all know we have many members to act as moderators for this community. And all of us moderators of this community are moderators and admins of other communities. So hope you all can easily understand today's massage.
Each admin moderator of this community lives in different country. That is why I am trying to draw everyone's attention through this post. Because Discord messages somehow get lost in the crowd of messages.And you all know that this community will be hiring many more moderators in the future. That is why this post is made so that all moderators can see it later.
At present, there are too many pin post in this community which are not attractive. The responsibility of maintaining the beauty of a community is on the community administrator panel.That is, it is our responsibility to maintain the beauty of this community. And so
@rme dada has given some guidelines on the matter of pin posts.Which I am sharing with you through today's post. And these decisions are taken by the founder of this community.

1.Posts must be community related.
2.Posts must be relevant to the community. That is, even if it's just a community related post,It cannot be pinned.Posts must be that are extremely important to everyone in the community and that everyone needs to know.
3.Posts related to any type of change in the community can be pinned.
4.If you solve an important issue on this platform, you can pin that related post.
5.If there is any direction then the related post can be pinned.
6.Posts related to the final decision on something that the community member needs to know can be pinned.
7.Any important announcement can be pinned.
8.Any Community Guidelines post can be pinned if it's important.
9.Any posts related to Steem Alliance objectives can be pinned.
10.If you solve an important issue on this platform, you can pin that related post.
11.Don't pin an instructional type of post based solely on personal opinion. Such posts must be discussed with other moderators before pinning.
12.On behalf of dada, my responsibility regarding pin posts is that after 1 week I will review all pin posts.And posts that don't need to be pinned after 1 week will be unpinned.Hope you will cooperate with it etc.
It is not possible to write all the things together. So if there is something that I forgot to mention in today's post. Please remind me for sure. Hello, a question a general user like me can make a contest in the community or simply only moderators and administrators can do it.
I think it would be good if Moderators of this Community organize contest. But the final decision will be taken by Steem Alliance team.

You're right. Moderators can run contests as long as a majority of the moderators agree and the founder gives the green light to support said contest.
My question arises since in most of the communities the users already verified by the communities can carry out a contest and the administration panel gives permission for the publication to be anchored, implying that the contest is valid and can count on the community support and of founder.
What kind of contest should be heard first. Then the decision can be taken. So if you want to run such a contest, you should first talk to DM and take permission. Then the decision will be informed.
I understand perfectly, I think that the first contest that has to be carried out since steem-alliance is about the improvement of steemit.
It is that in the contest such questions are asked as.
The title could be "If you were a developer, what improvement would you like to implement in steemit"
All that question can be improved and add more questions this is just a simple example.
Now we want only hard work,change and super idea.So we don't think there is any need for such a contest. And for now we have removed the issue of running the contest, because the vision we have envisioned for the contest is not being implemented, many people misunderstand it. So we will discuss this issue in detail later.
