I took this opportunity to think hard about how I would delegate steem power to the @steemfoods account. I wish they could give more votes to the active users at @steemfoods, but my inadequacy is clear as it is at the moment.

Okay, even so I still chuckle at this opportunity to dare to donate to @steemfoods, if I'm lucky this time I will delegate 25% steem power from the results of this post for @steemfoods.

This time I want to share an easy recipe for how to process cuttlefish. The cuttlefish itself is almost the same as the squid, but the color is slightly darker and the texture is slightly chewier. The following are the ingredients needed to make cuttlefish.

Pada kesempatan ini aku berpikir keras tentang cara aku mendelegasikan steem power untuk akun @steemfoods. Aku berharap mereka dapat memberi suara lebih banyak kepada pengguna aktif di @steemfoods, namun ketidakmampuan ku dalam hal itu sangat jelas karena saat ini.

Baiklah, walaupun demikian aku tetap kekeh pada kesempatan ini memberanikan diri untuk menyumbang kepada @steemfoods, jika saya beruntung kali ini saya akan mendelegasikan 25% steem power dari hasil tulisan postingan ini untuk @steemfoods.

Kali ini aku mau bagi resep gampang cara mengolah sotong. Sotong itu sendiri hampir sama seperti cumi-cumi, namun sotong warnanya sedikit lebih gelap dan texturnya sedikit lebih kenyal. Berikut bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat sotong

Cabe hijau 1/2 ons1/2 ounce green chilies
Cabe Rawit 15 buah15 pieces of cayenne pepper
Tomat 🍅Tomat
5 Siung Bawang merah5 cloves of red onion
2-3 siung bawang putih2-3 cloves of garlic
1 batang serai1 emongrass
Daun salam 2 lembar2 pieces of bay leaves
Garamsalt

Step Pertama/ Step Pertama

  1. cuci bersih sotong dan tambahkan garam beserta jeruk nipis
  2. Rajang bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat dan cabe hijau, sementara serai dipotong menjadi dua bagian lalu di geprek.
  3. panaskan minyak diwajan, lalu masukkan bawang bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat dan cabe hijau yang sudah dirajang.
  4. tunggu sampai wangi dan masukkan serai beserta daun salam.
  5. masukkan semua sotong perlahan-lahan dan aduk sampai rata.
  6. jika ingin sedikit berkuah tambahkan sedikit air (jangan terlalu banyak, karena sotong akan mengeluarkan airnya sendiri.
  7. tambahkan garam secukupnya serta jika ingin pedas tambahkan cabe rawit.
  8. tunggu beberapa saat dan sajikan.
  9. sotong tumis pedas siap dinikmati.

  3. Heat diwajan oil, then add the chopped shallots, garlic, tomatoes and green chilies.
  4. wait until it smells good and add lemongrass and bay leaves.
  5. Add all the cuttlefish slowly and stir until blended.
  6. If you want a little soup add a little water (not too much, because the cuttlefish will release its own water.
  7. Add salt to taste and if you want to be spicy add cayenne pepper.
  8. wait a moment and serve.
  9. Spicy sauteed cuttlefish is ready to be enjoyed.
