This time I want to share an easy recipe for how to process cuttlefish. The cuttlefish itself is almost the same as the squid, but the color is slightly darker and the texture is slightly chewier. The following are the ingredients needed to make cuttlefish.

Kali ini aku mau bagi resep gampang cara mengolah sotong. Sotong itu sendiri hampir sama seperti cumi-cumi, namun sotong warnanya sedikit lebih gelap dan texturnya sedikit lebih kenyal. Berikut bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat sotong
Bahan/ ingredient:

Sotong 1 kg | 1 kg cuttlefish |
Cabe hijau 1/2 ons | 1/2 ounce green chilies |
Cabe Rawit 15 buah | 15 pieces of cayenne pepper |
Tomat 🍅 | Tomat |
5 Siung Bawang merah | 5 cloves of red onion |
2-3 siung bawang putih | 2-3 cloves of garlic |
1 batang serai | 1 emongrass |
Daun salam 2 lembar | 2 pieces of bay leaves |
Garam | salt |
Jeruk nipis | Jeruk nipis |
Step Pertama/ Step Pertama
- cuci bersih sotong dan tambahkan garam beserta jeruk nipis
- Rajang bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat dan cabe hijau, sementara serai dipotong menjadi dua bagian lalu di geprek.
- panaskan minyak diwajan, lalu masukkan bawang bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat dan cabe hijau yang sudah dirajang.
- tunggu sampai wangi dan masukkan serai beserta daun salam.
- masukkan semua sotong perlahan-lahan dan aduk sampai rata.
- jika ingin sedikit berkuah tambahkan sedikit air (jangan terlalu banyak, karena sotong akan mengeluarkan airnya sendiri.
- tambahkan garam secukupnya serta jika ingin pedas tambahkan cabe rawit.
- tunggu beberapa saat dan sajikan.
- sotong tumis pedas siap dinikmati.

- wait until it smells good and add lemongrass and bay leaves.
- Add all the cuttlefish slowly and stir until blended.
- If you want a little soup add a little water (not too much, because the cuttlefish will release its own water.
- Add salt to taste and if you want to be spicy add cayenne pepper.
- wait a moment and serve.
- Spicy sauteed cuttlefish is ready to be enjoyed.
