PREPARING PUMPKIN LEAVES SOURCE by @specialgift.

I'm delighted to share with you one of my favorite dishes, pumpkin leave sauce or simply vegetable sauce.
In Nigeria, especially in the igbo culture, this leaf is locally referred to as "ugu".

These leaves are loaded with vitamin A, C, calcium, and iron
They also increase fertility, fights against cancer, lowers cholesterol, fights diabetes, prevents infections, tackles convulsion and it is anti-ageing agent.
With these health benefits you would agree with me that this meal is so nitritous and healthy.
INGREDIENTS
- Pumpkin leaves
- Cent leaves
- Fresh tomatoes
- One bulb of onion, fresh pepper, 5 cubes of seasoning
- 1/2 kilogram of fresh fish
- (crayfish) dried shrimps
*palm oil
PROCEDURES
Step 1
Let's dice and prepare our ingredients.
We'd wash and season our fish
Allow to steam for just 5 minutes
We'd get our tomatoes diced
Onion diced
We'd wash and slice the pumpkin leaves and cent leaves together
We are grinding the fresh pepper and crayfish together
Step 2
Let's cook!
Place the empty pot on the fire
Add palm oil
Allow it to steam
Add onion and stir
Add fresh tomatoe and stir
Allow to steam for some minutes
Let's add the grinded pepper and crayfish
Allow to steam
Let's add salt to taste and seasoning
Stir and allow to steam
Add the water from the steamed fish
Allow to steam. This is how it looks like when it's steamed
Then let's add our pumpkin leaves and cent leaves.
Don't allow the leaves to boil for long, its more nutritous and healthy when it's fresh.
And our vegetable sauce is ready
Best eaten with rice
