I finally had the chance to talk about exotic food in Cebu that you can now basically find everywhere in the city, but sadly not all eateries are open all day becuase of the pandemic that we are facing nowadays.

Let us talk about the "Tuslob Buwa". Tuslob means in English “Dip” and Buwa is actually Bula that means bubbles. Why is it they called it Tuslob Buwa? the reason is you must dip your puso (Puso is a hanging rice or a traditional way of rice being cooked and made in a coconut leaf) while the dish is still having some bubbles, and cooking in a low heat.

1 set of Buwa80 php
20 Poso100 php

It only cost almost 4 US Dollar in all.

The best thing why I love Tuslob buwa because of its cheap price. You will pay only for the hanging rice, which is around 5.00 Philippine pesos per piece. Served from a street cart in a large, it is meant to be shared among friends and strangers. If you’d rather have a serving all to yourself, you’ll have to go to a restaurant.

I guess this is it for this post. I wish everyone a great and wonderful day ahead.

A big thanks to @alikoc07 @steemfoods and #SteemFoods Community for motivating us to do the best that we can and to have a quality post.
