Today, I will be sharing with you steemians on how to cook SQUID ADOBO.
Adobong Pusit is a tasty squid dish cook using the popular Filipino adobo method. Squid is first boiled in soy sauce and vinegar then later sautéed in, onions and tomatoes; this brings in an awesome array of flavors that will surely activate your taste buds.
THE INGREDIENTS
the main ingredients SQUID, fresh from the refrigerator. This 2 squid we will make this yummy dish for a simple steps.
soy sauce, vinegar, tomatoes, magic sarap, chili, and garlic will be made your dish yummy. You need to cooked with a heart to make your dish perfect.
ajinomoto and salt
Ajinomoto is not an ingredient itself but is a Food and Chemical corporation based in Japan that uses its name as a trademark for its original product Monosodium Glutamate. It is a salt widely used in Chinese cuisine to enhance flavors, hence popularly called the 'flavor enhancer
water and cooking oil
Water- you need this if you want your dish a lot of sabaw.
Cooking Oil - The major use of cooking oil is in frying, where it functions as a heat transfer medium and contributes flavour and texture to foods. One requirement of a cooking oil is that it be stable under the very abusive conditions of deep-fat frying, namely, high temperatures and moisture.
HOW TO COOK SQUID ADOBO
- Prepare all the ingredients
- Heat the pot, and if it's already heat put some cooking oil and wait for 1 minute. Then, Put first the garlic and stir, next is tomato and chili.
add the main ingredients and stir, wait for 5 minutes to cook.
pour the soy sauce, vinegar and put some water.
- add magic sarap, ajinomoto and salt then stir for a second, taste and leave for a minute.
- get a bowl and transfer immediately and get some selfie hahahaha
