Hello guys! Check out my recipe for my home made Lengua De Gato :) this dessert is influenced by the spanish and the name translates to "cat's tongue" characterized by their distinct oval shape. I made this using saladmaster electric skillet, but you can definitely use oven :) Anyways, here is my recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2pcs egg white
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of salt

In a large mixing bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter until soft and creamy for 2-3minutes

Now were ready for cooking :)
Trasnfer the mixed dough to a piping bag,) or ziplock if you dont have piping bag.)

Press the bag and extract 3inches long cookies on your parchment paper, be careful not to make it thick because it will result to uneven cooking.

Then cook the cookies at 150° C for 10minutes. When the sides are brown and the middle are not very soft, you can then pick it up and set aside for cooling. The cookies will eventually become crunchy after cooling
