Five bharta recipe which Indian people love more.

Hi dears friends,Today I like to share four type Bharta recipe.There are potato,pumpkin,prawn and brinjal bharta repectively.So friends let's go -

POTATO BHARTA

Ingredients

  • Potato 3 big size
  • Onion flakes
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil
  • Green chilis

Process:

First work is to wash potato nicely.Then boil all potato for 20 minutes with hot water.After boiling of potato,peel the potatos.add salt onion flakes and chilis to the peeled potato and add some mustard oil in the potato.Then smear potato perfectly.Now potato bharta is ready for serving.

PUMPKIN BHARTA

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin 300 gm
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil
  • Green chilis

Process:

First work is to wash pumpkin nicely.Then boil pumpkin for 10 minutes with hot water.After boiling of pumkin,cut off the green part of pumpkin.Add salt and chilis to the pumpkin and add some mustard oil in the pumpkin.Then smear pumpkin perfectly.Now pumpkin bharta is ready for serving.

PRAWN BHARTA

Ingredients:

  • Prawn 300 gm
  • Onion flakes
  • Green chilis
  • Mustard oil
  • Mustard sauce
  • Turmeric powder

Process

Wash the whole prawn well and marinate it with turmeric powder salt and oil.Then fry it with hot oil in the pan.After moderate fry of the prawn,keep it in grinder.After doing grinder add mustard oil and chilis in the prawn.Now prawn bharta is ready for serving.

BRINJAL BHARTA

Ingredients:

  • Brinjal 2 piece
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Onion flakes
  • Green chilis

Process

It is a very special item for bengali people.To make this recipe,first we wash the brinjal properly and then dry the brinjal with a clean cloth.Rub oil on the brinjal and keep it on gas stove with low flame.Keep it alteast 10 minute untill the brinjal becomes soft inside it.Then keep it out from the stove.Peel it properly and add onion flakes salt turmeric powder oil and geen chilis with boiled brinjal.Now the brinjal bharta is ready for serving.
