I entered the crypto world in 2016. As we all know, it was the beginning of the great crypto bull run that saw exponential price rises across cryptocurrencies unlike anything seen before.

Truly, most were dumbfounded to see the kind of gains they did. It was simply never seen before in the legacy financial markets. In its wake, the bull run made many people millionaires and possibly even billionaires.

Anyways, after the crypto markets topped out in December 2017 to January 2018, a brutal bear market began. Again, people were left dumbfounded to see their favorite coins bleed value day after day.

Most altcoins went on to lose more than 90% of their value in the bear market. And sentiments quickly changed from euphoric to anger and depression. Well, now bitcoin and the others are showing signs of life again. So, could it be...?

A New Bull Run?

Like other financial markets, crypto markets see a bear-bull cycle too. There is a period where prices keep rising and then there is a period where prices keep falling.

Now that the bear cycle in crypto markets seems over, it only stands to reason that this is the start of the bull run we have all been waiting for. Bitcoin went past that great $10,000 level which seemed quite impossible to break for so many months.

So many altcoins (especially defi coins) have already seen huge gains ranging from 10x to even 50x gains). So, if this is indeed the start of the next run, it is very important for anyone entering right now to know that this is possibly going to be the best opportunity of your lifetime.

Also, it is important to know when to sell. Greed can be a dangerous thing. It can literally make you lose all of the gains you made in the hopes that the markets will rise further. If you achieve your own personal target, have the discipline to sell.

This run might perhaps be even bigger than the last one. There is more regulatory clarity than before and there is certainly more awareness among the general public than before. So, there might be an even larger bubble than before. So, play the game wisely and I hope we all make it. :)
