Satay the favorite culinary of my Home town

Dear Steemian,

Satay is the favorite culinary of my hometown, actually this food is also can be found in some of country around south east Asia, but the satay has different way in serve and also has different ingredient and seasoning.

Sate adalah kuliner favorit di kota asalku, sebenarnya makanan ini juga dapat ditemukan di beberapa negara di Asia Tenggara, tetapi sate memiliki cara melayani yang berbeda dan juga memiliki bahan dan bumbu yang berbeda.

due to different seasoning, satay has different name in my home town there are two different name namely satay matang and satay Gerugok, this name belong to the area where the satay serve. this two satay was different in serve the peanut sauce.

karena bumbu yang berbeda, sate memiliki nama yang berbeda di kota asal saya ada dua nama yang berbeda yaitu sate matang dan sate Gerugok, nama ini milik daerah di mana sate disajikan. dua sate ini berbeda dalam menyajikan saus kacang.

if you traveled to aceh, this culinary is easy to find in the restaurant that along the main road of my home town, Culinary is the character of the place and also become the identity of the people who live around, also become the heritage.

jika Anda bepergian ke aceh, kuliner ini mudah ditemukan di restoran yang di sepanjang jalan utama kota asal saya, Kuliner adalah karakter tempat dan juga menjadi identitas orang-orang yang tinggal di sekitarnya, juga menjadi warisan.
