CONTEST ALERT: **My Neighborhood Watch #92 - Reporting Events Around us**

The government of Nasarawa state are always doing their best to see that its citizens travel well and live in a good environment it has been a long that if you travel to Lafia from Keffi it takes five to six hours but on this development, it takes only 45 minutes to lafia and that is a great achievement for our people at least you can travel easily without the fear of armed robbers and accident on the highways

Even though this development has brought an increase in the transport fare due to the subsidy but still is for our benefit because during those times when the road was not good armed robbers and kidnappers often took people along the roadside because the movement was slow and cars always got into an accident which will keep people on the road for more than hours but right now the road is clear and you can travel in a speed that you like, so far you know what you are doing

The Chinese people that are doing this road are doing their best they have equipment used for constructing the road they work different machines with different purposes and each of them is on the move of the truck that Park the sand and the heavy machine that presses this sand after it has been laid down properly for the after the setting I happened to see all these because my workplace is closed to the roadside even though

We have suffered the dust for some time but it's over now and we are happy that we are going to finally have a good road that can Haste our movements I know there will be more development in our state and community because of the road where there is a good road like education industry and manufacturers always relocate to such places because it will boost their business and it will help those people from that community

If you have a good governor who watches out for you and appreciates and that is why I am saying thank you Engineer Abdullahi Sule the executive governor of Nasarawa State I salute you and I pray that you will also look into giving more appointments to the youth and graduates that are roaming about looking for work so that we will have lesser umbrellas and kidnappers

I also come across these handmade cushions and beds made by individuals who give their self- time to learn skills skill is one of the strongest weapons that we can use in this generation because without skills your home will be leaking you have to have handwork attached to the government work here having to get an experience and it will work for you and your generation because if your salary gets delay your skills will put food on your table and that is why I promise my kids once they come of age I will enrol them in skills acquisition attached to the education it will be a weapon for success for them

Aside from cooking, I always look forward to learning new skills every day I branch by this fancy restaurant with my friends in the evening after work to eat their meal so that I can compare the taste with mine, bet me these people are good at what they do their meal is special even though to me I am still the queen of cooking once it comes to cooking I gave it 100% of my time because I don't like cooking jargons I always present a meal that you will eat and remember for like 3 to 4 years

But as a woman, you also need rest, you need to cool off your brain and be served by others, sometimes eat out and have a different taste from others. It's an inspiration, and you might learn from that.
