Greetings to amazing members of this community it is my pleasure to welcome you all to my blog again and also a privilege to participate in this contest let me express myself with the right of freedom speech after the second world war the united nation was formed due to the fact that the League of nation failed in preventing the second world war and as such the united nation was formed as a success or of the League of nation that was on October 24th 1945 so the universal declaration of human Rights was adopted by the united nation general Assembly on the 10th day of December 1948.

Below is the first article of the universal declaration of human Rights and I quote;

" All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and right and they are endowed with reasons and conscience and they should act towards one another in spirit of brotherhood ".

Now the bottom line free and equal, when there is a case between the rich and the poor it is most likely that judgment will be ruled in favor of the rich, despite the fact that they're are guilty. They will use their money to get justice for themselves which is not supposed to be that way.

How do you explain fundamental human rights?

Fundamental human rights could be seen as basic right and freedom all citizens are entitled to fundamental human rights are you universal, inalienable and non-negotiable they are enshrined in the constitution of the country.

Do you think all the citizens have this right or is it only made for the rich? ( You can give examples if any)

As the first article of the universal declaration of human right States all human beings are born free and equal so these right are for everyone irrespective of your status in the society what comes to play is a supremacy of the lord over everybody in the country or state and the role of law which means that nobody is above and everybody are equal before the law however they are certain factors that limits rule of law and as well as supremacy of the law such as immunity of top officials such as parliamentarian, diplomat, and even presidents a situation people of this rank are guilty of any offense they won't be punished because of the immunity granted to them.

Have you been deprived of expressing your fundamental human rights before what actions did you take?

No I have not been deprived of my fundamental human rights and I don't hope for such.

Mention and explain at most three fundamental human rights of your country

1. Right to life: every citizen of Nigeria is entitled to write to life as a matter of facts from when he or she was born however this right can be tempered in cases of execution due to a very serious crime that has a penalty of dead sentence.

2. Right to education: every citizen of Nigeria is entitled to education provided you can afford the level of education you want.

3. Right to movement: as a citizen of Nigeria you have the right to move to anywhere in the country without using this freedom as a pretext for evil.

Which of the fundamental human rights should be removed from the law (give your reasons)

Fundamental human rights are of great benefits to us although it has been deprived from certain individuals or the other at times instead of removing it should be critically looked at or reviewed to see if people are being given the right they deserve instead of just having it in theory but in actual life its been thrown to ashes.
