I read through your thoughts, and I have to say, I agree on at least one point here: when someone is disappointed by a betrayal, they are often more upset with themselves for not recognizing the true nature of the person involved. It's like you start questioning yourself. Just the other day, I was saying to someone, "I'm not mardam shanas", (mardam shanas: someone who understands people)but then again, who really is? It’s a tough call sometimes, isn’t it?
