Conflict is a situation in which people show disagreeness from others in their views, interests and beliefs.It can occur in school, workplace,homes and among friends.While conflict is a natural phenomena but it shows either a relationship is strong enough or weak.

There are various ways by which we can resolve a conflict in a simple and easy way.Here are some of them describe in below.

Through good communication we can resolve issue even murder cases are resolved on the basis of good communication. If someone is good communicator than he can do anything a d solve every situation. For better communication it is helpful to listen the views of both parties than make decisions.

In order to resolve a conflict politely both the conflicted persons have to compromise a little in order to settle down matter. They have to listen middle men for resolution of conflict.

When both are not able to resolve conflict than third party should involve as described earlier. Now it's complimentary for both to act upon the advise of third party.

We should give respect to other's views by actively listening to them. If we do this fifty percent of dispute will resolve on its own.So be careful to listen and respond according to them and contribute constructively.

As a student I had conflict with class fellows on a issue regarding to a presentation. I alone prepare the whole presentation and none of them help me in doing this .When are going to present none of them prepared. They were blank like a white A4 paper. I was surprised and angry. So I was angry. In the . meanwhile our teacher asked the matter and I told him as it is. So he solved the conflict and asked to present the next day. On the next they prepared it and we got full marks. Third party solved by listening both of us.
