Indeed this is the first animated series, very funny to watch and also it always shows us that it the cat that always looks for trouble not the rat, You are correct it always teach children what is right and wrong for those that want to learn, and also about the cartoon you watched which is turbo is a nice and great cartoon because I have watched it and it gives a great meaning.
