Daring the impossible can be overwhelming especially when there's no much options or helping hands. But stepping out from your comfort place to overcome the challenge can change the narrative. My people say Onye ujoo Ababa that's someone who is afraid can not be a rich person. In other words you must dare some impossibilities for them to become possible.

Have you had experiences of things that looked impossible until you faced them?

I can't deny the fact that challenges are part of life but there ones that seems impossible . I can still remember when I stopped teaching in a private school due to low pay. My next move or plan of action was to start a business of my own. I looked front ,back, I have no money of my own as my husband was on a big project that he was concentrating on.

During this period I saw a nice business location that will go well with the kind of business I was looking for. Hmmm where do I run to? Who will lend me some money? I lost hope of starting up a business, later on I encouraged myself to go meet the landlady of the shop and jokingly asked her how much is the shop rent. She told me a friendly price, I told her my interest in renting the shop. Since she knew me very well she assured me of the shop for one month before she would let another person enter. I was running helter-skelter looking for where to get money and pay for the shop rent even though I wouldn't have any goods to put inside.

One of my friends visited and I narrated my challenge to her , luckily for me she was buoyant to lend me some money to start up. That was how I rushed to the woman and paid for the shop.

What gave you the courage to face those seemingly impossible situations

It was really an impossible mission considering my financial status. But I was encouraged by the situation of things, knowing fully well that doing business is the best thing I can do for myself instead of staying at home doing nothing.

Some of my friends who are into business and they are doing well also motived me to facing this challenge.

I needed something doing, I wanted to be going out and be coming in . This also motivated me to face the challenge of having a shop even without money.

How did you handle advice from friends and family who wanted to make you do otherwise.

In everything there must be advice from friends and families. The power to know what is good for me, helped me to handle their thought.

Some friends were advising me to wait until my husband is free to help, while some were asking how much gain is in the business I was planning to venture into.

All their native advise was falling on deaf ears, because I was focused in achieving my plans.
Which o knew was the best thing for me. Today, some of them are asking me how they can start something and the line of business they can start with little or no capital.

MOD Comment/Recommendation:
It takes one to find courage in taking a business for the first time as questions like...will I make it? How will it be if you can't meet up and close? It's good you're succeeding. ... Thanks for sharing.
