My Neighborhood Watch #98- Reporting Events Around us

Hello steemians!

Welcome to another week of my neighborhood watch contest episode 98, I'm delighted to participate to also report the event that took place.

Rainfall occurance could be dangerous because of havoc caused by flooding,it could be detrimental to human life, businesses and property as a whole. We have not yet enter the epic of heavy rainfall but the effect are felt on daily basis.
On the 2nd of May there was a heavy down pour in Uyo that affected my brother's business premise and cause damages to his goods.
My brother operate a block industry in Ediene ikot obio imoh by Pepsi junction,he was in his business area when the rain started and he decided to stay till rain subsidize but it turn out to be other way round.
The whole premise of his shop was flooded and the rain which entered inside the store where cement are kept,his vehicle was swallowed by rain and the blocks which was moulded was carried by flood what a loss.

I was actually at home when the rain was falling trying to fetch water

my phone bee and I quickly check it was my brother requesting to check my WhatsApp that he has drop a message lo and behold it was a picture of flood in his business premise.

While entering inside the store to damage cement.

Although my brother has been there for more than two years now such flood as never happen before,it was alarming to look the cause and it was realize that all the cutters within the environment and blocked and the impact is now on him. Vacating that place right now is a problem because it is known in that area. Secondly he will loose his potential customer, starting in a new location is like starting business afresh,so his only hope now is that the government should do something about those cutters or else the coming months June, July and August will not be funny because that is when we usually have a none stop rainfall.

I pray for government intervention in removal of the cutters because economy is not smiling and people must survive with the little they have.
