When we mention courtesy in an ethnic society, my mind runs immediately to what is happening around me. For example, in LAGOS, there's this kind of language use by Yoruba and Igbo people. Yoruba people will make you believe that nothing good can come from Igbo, and unfortunately, Igbo also preach this same idea. And their language will be: Yoruba people eh...... Igbo people eh.... Anne so on. But come to think of it, do all these people do as badly as they said? Not exactly. I have interacted with many Yoruba people, and some of them are so very special, just as it goes for Igbo.
I think they need to reconsider their actions.
