Most people wear nose masks because they are not allowed into estates, banks, or offices without them. Ignorance makes someone think differently. For instance, communicable diseases can be transferred from one person to another. Imagine someone who doesn't know about this? That's ignorance.
I think most of the people with 19 died because they were affected because of ignorance.
