My Choice: Cold, Warm, or Hot Water?

My choice: warm water

Warm water: I have always liked to take my bath with warm water since I was a kid; I don't like it when the water is too cold and I don't like it when it is very hot, so I just want my water to be warm.

Give the reasons why you choose that

I choose warm water over cold water and hot water because warm water serves for both cold and hot weather, and warm water can stimulate the digestive system, and it also helps to remove waste products from the body, because after taking warm water you will be sweating and all waste product in your body will be going out from there.

My major reason for choosing warm water is the fact that I can use it in hot weather and cold weather. And drinking warm water in the morning can help to activate the body system, by burning more fat in the body.

Any day I come back from work, or I wake up from bed in the morning, the first thing I do is boil water, but it must be warm, then I will take it. Because warm water reduces stress and helps with digestion.

Tell us how that has been of help to you or how it can help others

Warm water has been helping me very well, because cold water is not good for the body, and hot water too. It usually helps to digest my food and keep my body warm. Drinking warm water helps to remove cold, clears nasal passage and too it helps to prevent dehydration. So warm water is the best.

So my advice to people is that they should always try to take warm water because you can not easily get thirsty if you are taking warm water. So it can help you too because it has been helping me a lot.
