Discuss your reasons for saying these movies you have mentioned are lesser known or underrated movies. |
---|
Not all movies are equally popular. Despite the existence of many good movies, they remain undervalued due to lack of promotion, depth of story or lack of star power. For example, The Pursuit of Happyness or Taare Zameen Par, these movies are very emotional and educational, but many viewers miss them because they do not have a big budget or hype.
The main reason for this is the lack of proper marketing. Many movies are good, but they do not reach the people because they do not get proper promotion. Stories that are outside the popular genre, such as psychological or realistic stories, also make them less popular. Again, the absence of a big star discourages many from watching the movie. Moreover, since these movies do not receive international awards, the media and the audience do not pay attention to them.
What do you think can be done to make these movies better known or valued more. |

We need to play an active role in making movies that are underrated despite being rich in good messages and acting. For this, promotion on social media is important. Highlighting the scenes and messages of these movies through YouTube reviews, Facebook posts, reels or TikTok videos can generate interest from many new viewers. Currently, filmmakers are using these platforms.
Educational and human aspects can be highlighted by organizing screenings of movies in educational institutions. Students can gain a deeper understanding of life and values by watching them. However, educational institutions should have a separate budget for this environment. It is possible to spread these gems among film lovers through discussions in local cinema clubs and online film communities. Even these movies should be shown more often in the recommendation systems of streaming platforms.
You all know that in the modern era, everyone is involved in technology. Therefore, by analyzing the in-depth aspects of the movies through blogs, reviews and videos, the general audience should be interested. It is the responsibility of those of us who understand the beauty of these movies to bring them forward through respectful discussions. In this way, the "HIDDEN GEM" can one day become a well-known asset. Although I have seen many movies till date, I have reviewed these five movies for you accordingly. If there is any mistake in the writing, please forgive me.
So I am Inviting my lovely Steemian friends @ulfatulrahmah, @kouba01, @selina1, @jimiaera02 to Participate in this Competition.
