Personal Growth is the ultimate reason for benefiting in any kind of relationship,the people you connect with determine your growth,the people that you have benefitted from are solely dependent on how open you have given yourself to growth.

I thought about this last night and I said to myself "if I had neglected personal Growth and development it won't have been possible to gain some access I have today with some people" - When I look at how some people go out their way to help me, connect with me and carry my matters as part of theirs, It still makes me to maintain my stand that GROWTH is the ultimate.
How can it be possible to be welcomed and sit down in the midst of people older than you and talk if you don't work on yourself on how to be respectful and bridle your tongue,knowing when to talk and when to listen?
How can it be possible for people to intrust you with a big task and responsibilities when you haven't groomed yourself on leadership and stewardship?
How can people share secrets and personal terms with you when they know you can't even keep quite for a second without using someone as a case topic in a discussion? emotional intelligence 0.005%

The least you can do for people life has brought your way is to invest in Growth!

GROWING MENTALLY :Improving the way you think, reason, and handling life’s challenges.Expanding your knowledge through learning and reading.
Developing emotional intelligence (controlling emotions, empathy, patience).
Becoming more disciplined and focused.
Adapting to changes and thinking positively about setbacks.

GROWING FINANCIALLY:
This is about improving your relationship with money and your ability to manage it.
Increasing your income (through career, business, or investments).
Learning to save, budget, and spend wisely.Building wealth, assets, and multiple income streams.
Preparing for the future (retirement, emergencies, investments).

GROWING SOCIALLY
This refers to how you connect, relate, and contribute to people and society.
Building healthy relationships and networks.
Learning communication and people skills.
Giving back to your community, being supportive, and adding value to others.
Developing a good reputation and influence among peers.
I don't have it all figured out and I'm not complete yet but until then this mindset of personal Growth won't depart from me because I see it as a basic necessity where other things lay on.
I will make mistakes and learn from it!
