"A Child, A Million smile😊 Sustainable Feeding Program For School Children In Nigeria (Week#2)

23rd January, 2025 mark a second success of food distribution to Nigeria school children's, it was a Wednesday morning when I heard about the week#2 of carrying out the child, a million smiles project in the WhatsApp group and I was devoted to support. According to the update, the next school to visit was Greenpear international School by akpasak estate and time was 11 AM which is the school break time and date was 23rd.

According to my schedule, it was a no to me but since it was about putting a smile on the children's faces, I had to scale and reschedule my activities in such a way that favour the project.

The last time I participated in the project, it was a cooked food and the kids were delighted as the received the delicacy in a huge happiness; this time around, it was the opposite I mean uncooked food, noodles was to be the distributed.

Base on my past experienced, I can firmly say that 70 percent of children's goes to school without a proper breakfast and in most families, securing a square meal seems to be impossible. It's so complicated to listen attentive to lecture in an empty stomach, food scarcity has been a major destruction to kids concerning education performance.

This is because the cost of the living is killing the living, a sachet of noodles that satisfied a kid is closely 400 naira, considering a family of 3 to 4 kids, you realize that affording a breakfast is complicated to such family which in return affecting the kid's performance I terms of education, thanks to @worldsmile @steemkidss and the steemit as the whole for making it possible to distribute food to children.

Imagine how happy the parents of these children would be the moment their child's share the goodnews of receiving a free pack of costly noodles, words alone cannot express just like I can't express it now. We'll not entirely erase hunger from the kids but we'll always do our possible best with the support of steemit to enlighten a smile on the children's faces.

Our aim is to spread the goodwill of steemit to the world, spreading a smile that makes no sense to the hungry children's as wide as we can.
