To the best of my understanding, conflict means disagreement or clash between groups or individuals due to differences in opinions, values, or interests. This is what I understand by conflict. Having a misunderstanding with someone is a conflict as well, and also conflict results in hating someone, fighting, and evil.

The 4 ways conflict can be resolved in the workplace, at home, or among friends is as follows:

• Effective Communication: By listening to each other and expressing concern peacefully or calmly can help to find common ground so conflict can be resolved.

• Compromise: Both parties who are having conflict issues can agree to give up something to reach a mutually beneficial solution.

• Meditation: A natural person can stand as a third party to resolve conflict by facilitating discussion and finding a fair resolution.

• Establishing Clear Boundaries: By setting rules and expectations to prevent misunderstanding and future conflict from happening.

Yes, I have conflicted with someone before, and I resolved my conflict with the person through open discussion, listening to the person's opinion, and understanding her different perspectives, which I then found a solution that worked for both of us.
